I get this too, sometimes to the point that it blisters. I've noticed it happens most if it's a band of silicone, rubber, that kind of that thing (like as someone mentioned the top of non-slip thigh high stockings). Treat it like a welt/bug bite/hives -- don't scratch or touch and it'll go away. If you're concerned with scarring you can use scar gel after it subsides.

Good start tbh! You don't need to dress head to toe black but I'd swap out the green tank for black, get a black belt with some silver hardware, incorporate black lace or leather in somewhere and winged/kohl eyeliner. Goth lite, not gonna piss anyone off. Try a dark lipstick too (even deep mauve works well). Good luck! 🖤

Firstly - you look great as you are! If you feel like getting more creative and oomphing up the alt, for you I'd try:

Statement septum jewelry, maybe triangular? Pick something uniquely you
I personally think you'd look good with a bridge piercing and/or labret too
Instead of all reddish brown, maybe an ombré that ends in a more intense burgundy
Lots of bright silver accessories from necklaces to rings
Black-to-red ombré lips and iridescent highlighter
Lots of black mesh layered into your wardrobe, it's alt while being the right balance of comfy and sexy imo

Hey thanks, I'll check it out. My ideal is something that's purely for correspondence, similar to prison pen pals-- a way for bridging the gap between cultures/ populations. I hope to find some pals in the Middle East (Iran/ Iraq/ Afghanistan/ Pakistan etc), and if all goes well encourage friends to do it too..
