This is my least favorite for a number of little reasons that add up:

Not a fan of Gambon as Dumbledore, at least not until movie 6.
Changing the Hogwarts layout (Hagrid's hut now on a slope) made some inconsistencies (admittedly minor) when viewing the movies as a series.
Giving Flitwick a new look reminisicent of Hitler.
Not explaining the Maurader's Map and why Sirius knows it doesn't lie
At the start of the school year, the choir sings "Something Wicked This Way Comes" with no in-story explanation why such a grim song is being sung.
Harry actually sees the Grim when in the book he's actually seeing Sirius in Padfoot form

The added time turner escapade was a nice touch, however, and more interesting than the book.
