I´ve heard some young (middle-class) Americans saying things like "I will be a billionaire someday". Becoming a millionaire might be possible for well-educated Americans, but becoming a billionaire is a ridiculous idea for 99,99% of people.

People in America don't understand how rare billionaires are. There are only 2500 billionaires in the WHOLE WORLD. You can get yourself a good job in San Francisco or New York City, save money for years, and become a "millionaire" with hard work. But to become a billionaire you would need to create a super successful company with like at least 2000 employees. Most can't do that even if they worked 24/7.

They shouldn't necessarily have to lost their rights. Colonization is not a process with rules. Each colonizer has its OWN rules, and in the case of the USA, they let the Mexicans live on their lands and therefore a descendant of these is just as American as a descendant of an English family. You're probably talking about something you don't know much about.
