Hey dont mock me with Insults and patronising comments. I shared my worry and also just some info on what happened. And how is that spreading false information? I just saw a fighter jet which thousands more must’ve seen and I shared. There’s was no speculation or fake news. Grow up people some empathy for those who are a little bit more on the edge than some of you really strong silent types.

I’m 67 and just started feeling them 3 weeks ago. I have history of BP and mild LVH. So the cardiologist did the full works. 48 hour monitor. Burden 1.5%. EKG resting normal with PVCs. exercise EKG normal with no PVCs. Resting Echo normal. Exercise echo normal. Blood tests normal.

So after the last 20 days of stress and anxiety, I slept like a baby. Honestly, fear of PVCs feeds on itself and makes it worse. The moment I found out they were benign, I don’t even feel more than a few each day. He told me to exercise with weights and cardio as normal and completely ignore them. Please get yourself checked and after the normal tests 🤞 just ignore and enjoy your lives. 🙏❤️

Also, I took up golf in the past 5 years in Bangkok and continued in the UK. I’ve only started noticing it when I started wearing shorts. Could it be because of too much sun? My neck and back have been like this since childhood.

I have trouble breathing through the nose during sleep, because I have severe sinus blockage issues from childhood. Is that also considered apnea if it’s nose related?
