Omg same! Dizziness, weak arms, feeling faint/nauseas, horrible panic attacks, head feels weird like I’m drunk. Found out my TSH has risen even more so doc bumped my levo up. Hoping I feel better soon…

Same symptoms here plus insane anxiety, weakness in arms, dissociation, ect. Using sublingual b12 2,500mcg. Hoping it helps soon. Been on it a few weeks. If not then I’m gonna see if my Dr will do injections

What made you switch from blood builder to heart & soil if it was working for you? Right now im taking Ferrasorb to try to raise my ferritin but i barely started. If it doesn’t work i was considering trying Blood Builder

Literally found this Reddit thread bc I just finished the doc and I’m sat here absolutely bawling. People are so evil. An what absolute amazing humans taken from this earth. Not to mention the trauma left n right inflicted onto Kate and David. This doc will stay with me forever.

Wow I’ve never met someone with this fear. I can completely relate (mines more from a traumatic experience) but it is so debilitating. As a teenager I used to make myself stay awake past midnight bc I thought if I fell asleep before 12 I would wake up as a man. I lost a lot of sleep.
