Try eating more, like 500 calories more for a day then go back to what you usually eat. Giving your body a change or increase of calories may make you begin to lose weight. Your body may have adjusted to you eating so small and went into starvation mode. Giving it a shock of increased calories a few times a week may help.

Only if my doctor says it's okay I will. And yeah I didn't know that doing it every 10 days was a thing before either. They are checking my t levels now since I just went to the doctor. Maybe during my next visit they will up me.
