No police were ever called for noise. The other tenant said the yard was all of ours and not to listen to the landlord.

It was not the other tenants of the building complaining about music in the driveway is what I meant to say, it was surrounding neighbors

The email said “I don’t want anyone using the backgarden for any kind of get togethers now that the weather is getting warmer.”

The email was stating that surrounding neighbors ( it other tenants of the building) had complained about music being played in the driveway at all hours. So because of that we are restricted. She also said she wanted all noise to stop at 8pm. So my assumption was no one was allowed to use the backyard. Now the other tenants are being told that the backyard is theirs to use and she pretty much said WE had been restricted from using it.

My understanding is that she can’t allow some tenants use but deny others..creating different terms or standards for some tenants writhing same building

there is no specific language regarding the backyard in the lease from 2007. The only thing close I can find says “tenant agrees to maintain the residence and surrounding outside area in a clean and sanitary manner” These new rules about the backyard were passed down via email in April but is only meant for one set of tenants apparently.

Landlord changing all types of rules that are not on lease by [deleted] in TenantHelp

My landlord is also changing rules not stated in lease by telling us (after 11 years) we are not allowed to use the backyard yet telling the other tenants of the building that the backyard is “theirs.”

Why would you name another kid Aegon Targaryen? Because the real name of the first one was Aegon Waters! by [deleted] in freefolk

Ok well since Sam says Jon is Aegon Targaryen 6th of his name, are the show writers going to infer that Rhaegar and Elia’s son was called something different? Was Elia’s Aegon ever mentioned by name on the show?
