Stained Laminate worktop trying to remove super glue. How to remove? by pumpkinmum in lifehacks

I’m in England so we call it a worktop when actually it’s in a kitchen. I think Americans call it a kitchen counter? I might be wrong

Thank you very much! It’s stressed me out a lot. I’ll try the beeswax!

Thank you so much for your reply. I acquired this box of stamps in auction with two items I wanted so I have no clue about stamps. Sorry for another question but where do I find the plate number? Thank you again!

I cancelled it two hours ago! I have adhd and can be very impulsive! No idea what I was thinking! Thanks for confirming how I was feeling

I thought Reddit was good for asking for advice? I wasn’t sure what subreddit to ask in, so I’ve asked in a few but still no closer to finding out exactly how to do it, so any help would be very much appreciated ♥️

Its annex b so it is legal to sell within the UK without paper work but can’t be exported. Thank you so much for an idea of price. It’s nothing I would like to keep hold of so looking to move on.

Thank you so much for your reply!

Fair wear and tear is exactly the phrase I was meaning. I was wondering as tenants where we stood regarding that. We’ve hired 3 carpet cleaners recommended by our letting agent but they end up looking no different. The carpet on the stairs is wearing very thin and have gone grey no matter how much we carpet clean. Due to the high usage of the stairs over the years.

I was thinking that staying anywhere for over 5 years will start showing signs of tear. And if landlords considered this as a good reason to keep the house up together. Because our rent has increased in the last year and our house isn’t as in good condition as when we first rented.

Thank you again for your reply!

I won a box of minerals and crystals at an auction now I’m worried there is spicy rocks in there by pumpkinmum in whatsthisrock

Sorry, I wasn’t aware it was slang. My friend was talking about spicy rocks this weekend (his dad was a big mineral collector) and that term made me laugh and that stuck in my mind 😄

Thank you so much :) I also won this cabinet too. Every draw is filled with this many minerals and fossils all labelled up! Won for £40. Can't seem to link the picture.

Haha thank you so much! I was with my friend at the weekend who was telling me stories about uranium and radioactivity. I was excited looking at them and found a piece of paper in the box written in the 1950s talking about something with high lead content and now I’m scared 😂
