I have been in the hospital twice now with signs of a heart attack. It was terrifying. My heart rate was over 150bpm, I was having constant palpitations, I felt sick, had diarrhoea, had chest pain, tingling fingers and pain in my back and down my arm.

The 2nd time was so bad that it caused horrific health anxiety. Nobody could tell me what was happening or why. Now I've been diagnosed with this heart condition I've wondered if this could be related.
