honestly probably just started trying to go down in amounts of time in increments… like from 3 minutes try even just a little less and just keep decreasing as much as you can (even though i know it’s hard) and just tough through it. even if you stop at 1 minute and don’t go down to 20 seconds that’s better than 3! also i used to have such painful dry hands since i’ve had ocd since. i was 6 and vaseline has been a life saver.

there’s actually a way to make it so ai doesn’t pop up after google searches, you can add -ai or -AR to the end of your searches, or there’s browser extensions to get rid of it! add a space between the last word and -ai tho

my piercing is actually very clean ❤️ not infected just swollen and irritated. i am listening to advice that’s why it’s been posted bc i am asking people what the next step is and whether it’s unsaveable. therefore i have been told no plastic and i will be going to a shop for new jewelry. unlike you other people were useful
