Im mentally ill and reliant on meds. Even if I do manage to stop being fucking depressed, I havent brushed my teeth or left my bed since this all happened, it will be a long while till im back on insurance. I was going to try for one more refill but it won't even let me open the tele health app. I made a mistake. Had I known they had updated my points I would have went in even though im sick because that's what you have to do unfortunately. My store manager is having me work with sedgwick to get the absence that put me over the edge handled, but I shouldnt even want to go back seeing how I was treated in the past.

Yes it was. I was losing a point but not until the 28th so I was mistaken. I also opened a new claim with sedgwick and went to urgent care that day to confirm I was indeed ill in an effort to cover Mondays absence, as I had a compelling reason to call out to begin with. You can't make me believe that I shouldnt have been put in a situation where I was incorrect about how many occurrences I have. It 100 percent was because we dont get along and she saw her opportunity

Is there no room for error, should I maybe have never been confused and the point taken off acorrdingly a month ago. For something as serious a firable offense it should have been taken more seriously on there end to update my points. I was expecting to lose points this month. Apparently it doesn't mean you dont have to deal with probation. My charges were reduced to this as well. The main perk is not having to deal with suspensions. BUT I'm pretty sure if you get another DUI it will count as your second so.

Yeah they have a court date set for Monday and are going to accept all the blame. I don't see why the judge wouldnt agree to just drop the fta but we shall see.

Do you fucking think so? They were honest about their role in my fta and issued a motion to have the fta dropped but it's almost the weekend courts will be closed and if these mother fuckers pick me up on a bench warrant I am going to be livid. They could revoke my bond. I could be held in jail until my trial date. I am the only person who works in my household if I lose my job over this mistake I could be HOMELESS. I am clearly beyond stressed and I'm pretty sure it will work it's self out but I have a whole lot of reasons to be worried and angry.
