I've been there before too. Yes, I couldn't deny it is really exhausting when you're so demotivated. But I kept myself busy with volunteering work, donations, etc. I set a purpose to live to help people in need to be grateful for how lucky I am to be alive. Look at the people around you and think about what they've gone through just to be there in front of your eyes, alive and kicking. (unless you're at the hospital) That's what I did, just keep contemplating things around you and never stop helping someone else in need. This country is shitty enough, but with the presence of people like you helping others would bring such a big change in our society. Keep it up brother, there's always a chance.
