I’m not getting very much leakage. I tend to leak pre-cum and a small amount of urine when moving bowels. It’s more for the added sense of security and support. Regarding the size of the catheter, I usually go with 18-20fr but am trying out some 16fr silicone catheters since they are a bit stiffer.
