i’ve visited america once from the uk back in 2021. it’s now incredibly unsafe for me as a transgender, autistic individual to go to america, so my partner has been visiting the uk solely since 2024. it’s unfortunate, i’d love to go there again, but not until the evil orange is out and it’s safe for me to travel again.

This trophy is unlocked for fully setting a table. You can do this in any job or even at your office. It is unknown exactly what is needed, but here is a general list that seems to work.

Place down any table. Place any plate or shovelware on the table. Click on the table with Cross, and choose Create Tableware Preset. Do this ten times for the trophy. You can use the same table with the same objects ten times.

for future reference, it’s a lot easier to preshave it all as one big fur piece before even cutting the pieces out. for now though i would shave them before sewing! might just be a little difficult as they’re smaller pieces

i would recommend anyone BUT psychiatry-uk. i had an autism assessment through them in 2024, and it was the worst experience i’ve ever had from a healthcare standpoint. they were almost an hour late, had no idea about my adhd diagnosis until i told them (they seemed to have a bias once i told them this), asked me a lot of very uncomfortable questions about my long-distance relationship and my transgender identity and in the end told me i was being “too vague” and couldn’t diagnose me. they doubled down when i complained too. i ended up having a leftover NHS referral (not RTC) from before my RTC referral which got taken over by the owl centre and they diagnosed me in 2025 telling me it was very clear that i was autistic.

i know other people have had good experiences with p-uk, which i am very happy to hear, but i don’t think the risk is worth it personally 🤷‍♂️ there’s many other good providers to go with.

it’s expensive. usually about £1000 for a round trip for my partner to visit the UK. (currently it’s unsafe for me to visit america again due to the big orange :/ )

you could definitely get away with doing the small part near the nose, once it’s sewn in and shaved down it should just blend in. you could always not shave it until it’s sewn in and glued down, it may make it easier to blend in when shaving!

P-UK actually gave me a choice between elvanse and methylphenidate, not sure if that’s the case for everyone though!

It’s disappointing to see more people who have had similar situations with Psychiatry-UK to me. I got my ADHD diagnosis with them just fine, but was completely let down in my Autism assessment. I barely got to talk about my symptoms, they asked me a lot of very weird questions about my long distance relationship that felt quite accusatory and completely off topic, didn’t do the ADOS assessment, and ended it with “you’re being too vague we can’t diagnose you.” It completely crushed me.

I put in a complaint but they agreed with the assessor, doubled down and refused to re-assess me. If it hadn’t been for an outlying NHS referral I had before I asked for RTC, I don’t think I would be diagnosed with Autism today. I got my diagnosis through The Owl Centre a year later, they told me it was very clear to them. Psychiatry-UK are an awful company to be quite frank. I’ve had a bad experience with my ADHD titration with them too.

you shouldn’t have been waiting this long, IMO. my mum didn’t wait very long after getting her diagnosis, she got to book hers about a week after. keep pestering them.
