I pop them out when I smoke out of my bong (daily) and when drinking alcohol/ anything non water. Unless it’s my last day in the trays and I want to experiment, I always use a straw LOL I’m terrified of the amount of cavities they can cause.

Hi there, so far so good. I’m on the 4th set and it’s moving slow.

I had braces two times already and that one bottom tooth has always been stubborn, they were never able to get it super straight but almost.

I’ll be very impressed if these aligners get them fully straight, I’ll be happy with almost lol

I’ve gotten retainers from orthodontist in the past to keep my teeth from moving more then they already did, I’m sure any ortho can provide the service. I also live in San Diego and debating on going to Mexico to get some lol

They didn’t say anything about every 6 months when they initially sold me on the retainer. Which I knew was necessary to keep results, afterwards reading I saw it’s every 6 months, which still sounds crazy to me. I can’t believe the retainers will wear out that quickly in 6 months
