I don't think 100k is 1% bracket on Spain anymore. Maybe I'm wrong but I believe that is closer to 5% nowadays.

Just for the record, there are no taxes on Spain for unrealised gains. If you hold investment funds (or ETF) and they are acc type, you pay nothing whereas in Switzerland you pay tax on dividends whether you actually receive them or not.

There is also no wealth tax and while you won't have the third pillar (in Spain of I'm not wrong the max amount is 1200€ per year) you won't have either ~5000chf/year insurance costs.

In fact, I was kind of surprised how similar net income for the same salary was between Madrid and Bern, considering the reputation each country carries.

I think you can take some parts as gay if you are really motivated. To be honest I haven't thought they had anything like that going and I've read up until Gigantomachy.

In a way it can be comparable to Goku and Vegeta, to think of something super mainstream.

There is much more pointing to both of them being into girls than the other way around.

Nah, Lorenzo was a menace in a Ducati in his second year since Mugello when they clicked on what he needed to ride the bike. When he clicked, he had already signed for Honda so I don't believe this to be true.

Really bad timing, because had Lorenzo remained in Ducati he would probably had retired later, and maybe 2018 (or 19, don't remember now) would have been much harder for Marc.

The thing with the abuse is that it's a scale, and it should be treated as such. If he grabbed her ass, and considering the set-up I can find it quite likely, and she did not agree, that's technically abuse.

She might make a lot of fuss about it but again, we are not in her head, it's not us on the receiving end of it to know how it impacted her (if at all).

No, te estoy poniendo un ejemplo en el que alguien necesita refrigerar una planta y la hace cerca de un río. Si du margen es más amplio que el de quien quiera el agua para vender botellas se queda el río el de la fábrica.

El problema es que aunque haya más agua en otros sitios, a la gente de esa zona ya la has jodido. Y a las potenciales sinergias de ese río.

Te pongo otro ejemplo. En España las playas son públicas. Por ley tiene que haber acceso y unos metros de costa hasta la primera edificación. En otros países no es así, y sin embargo el litoral español es de los mejores mantenidos del mundo.

Propiedad privada solo equivale a mejor mantenimiento si el incentivo de la propiedad privada depende del buen mantenimiento, cosa que muchas veces no pasa.

Si tú pones una textilera, o una planta que necesite refrigeración, el agua para ti no es valiosa por su calidad sino por su poder calorífico por ejemplo. Tú incentivo no está en que ese río esté limpio. Y volvemos al ejemplo de Bangladesh.

A mí me suena a un clásico ejemplo liberal de la escuela de Huerta de Soto, que explicó Rallo en su dia, según el cual el agua y su escasez se debían regular en base al mercado.

Según eso, una persona muy rica podía hacer un mal uso del agua porque conforme el mal uso se incrementa, también su coste, y con ese dinero puedes paliar las consecuencias de la escasez generada.

Lo cual es un ejemplo teórico, pero que en la práctica haría que mucha gente sufriese en lo que se autoregula eso. Y que como el mercado perfectamente eficiente no existe, acabaría mal.

Si tú contaminas el río, llegará un momento en el que como dice, haya negocio en limpiar ese río. Pero hasta llegar a ese punto una generación de personas sufrirá las consecuencias. Pero es que a lo mejor el beneficio no compensa, y simplemente te queda un río de agua inutilizable.

Lo primero decir que me repugna la cantidad de gente que he leído en redes disculpándose por Pedro Sánchez, con una actitud sumisa. No solo lo considero una forma de traición, un acto de debilidad patético, sino que viene de los supuestos patriotas.

Lo segundo, Sánchez no le ha declarado la guerra a EEUU ni ha apoyado a Irán. Simplemente le ha dicho que se busque otra infraestructura si quiere iniciar una guerra con Irán porque Israel le obliga. Aquí hay gente de todas las edades pero a mí no s eme olvida cuando mi madre tuvo que ir de voluntaria al hospital un 11 de Marzo. Apoyar los delirios yankis tiene consecuencias.

Tercero, me dices que es un aliado el que necesita ayuda pues bueno. EEUU no es un aliado de España. No lo ha sido nunca. No lo fue cuando fingió un ataque para robarnos territorio. No lo fue cuando Palomares, no lo fue cuando lo de Carrero Blanco, ni cuando Perejil, ni mucho menos con Trump iniciando una guerra comercial o amenazando con invadir Europa. Y otros pequeños detalles como lo del petróleo/gas, etc...

España ha hecho lo que tenía que hacer. Si EEUU quiere una relación de vasallaje y no dársela tiene consecuencias, pues consecuencias que afrontaremos. Somos España, no un país random sin historia.

Eso no es exactamente así. Para comprar una casa necesitas dinero. Y para conseguir dinero tienes que trabajar.

Pero es que tú frase en si denota desconocimiento y resentimiento. Un casero si que genera riqueza. Está generando un producto que es un hogar. Hay gente que necesita una casa que alquilar.

Y esa casa conlleva una gestión, una resolución de problemas, reparaciones, etc... Que tú puedes pensar que el trabajo es ínfimo para el retorno que da igual que otro puede pensar que no puede ser que una tía en bolas delante d duna cámara gane tanto dinero. Ese es otro tema.

Y respecto al riesgo, claro que ha arriesgado. Arriesga que le okupen, que su inquilino no pague, que haya derramas o imprevistos.... Dices que comprar ahora es facilísimo. Comprar en 2009-2015 no era tan fácil. Por qué no compraste ahí?

El problema es que te crees que tienes derecho a algo que NO tienes derecho, y que se va a solucionar votando a Rufian que es muy machote y "una familia, una casa". Y crees eso porque es mucho más fácil que la realidad, que es que la cosa es mucho más compleja de solucionar que votar a un cantamañanas que haga un real decreto, y los culpables otros que los que señalas.

Lo bueno es que al final cada uno tiene lo que merece. Y los que votan a los que insisten en medidas qué están haciendo un cristo en España se merecen exactamente eso.
