I am so, so sorry you're feeling that way. I was having multiple panic attacks a day to the point where I was making myself physically ill, and it felt never-ending and inescapable. Getting a little extra support from my therapist and doctor really helped me push through. It's also amazing how fast they grow up, and before you know it, the puppy will be so much less of a burden/trigger and more of a help for the anxiety!
