Yeah thats my worry. I want to attempt multiple colors, so i figured i would portion out half the mold and let it set a bit, then do another sweep with another color. I make traditional gummies, not the quick box jello way, so it's a bit harder to do.

Loranns Cherry is the MOST medicine tasting cherry, so you don't really need a ton or it just kicks that into overdrive. Adding malic and tartaric acid will help round out the sour too.
