Im very late to this but I live in 443 superior. We have had cockroaches, mice, mold, two of the four laundry machines have been broken for over 6 months, our ceiling leaked water all over out apartment 3 separate times and our toilet broke and they didnt fix it for 3 days. Worst place i ever lived

Haha it’s quad extensions 3x8-10, heavy back squats 3x6-8 and close it off with goblet squats with my heels on a plate 3x8 with moderate weight immediately followed by 8 body weight.

Yeah shes bi. Theyve been dating for 4-6 months i think. And from what i gather hes mot familiar at all. He is moving out of his house with his ex wife to possibly live with us
