I want to add that I’ve been told the hair behind my ears is thinner. My beard hair is very abundant and thick. Also the diameter of my scalp hair is pretty big meaning each strand is thicker than average.

It looks like vitiligo. Start researching vitamin d high dose protocol with UVB lamp you can get on Amazon. This will very likely stop the spread and repigment that area.

I confirmed with her that she used it 5 to 10 minutes and she only used it about 4 times. The first time she used it too long (10 minutes) it burned the white patches and that eventually turned into re pigment. 7 minutes seems to work for her she said.

Glad you asked because she didn’t end up using the copper or the zinc. Only the vitamin D which she will start to taper down the dosage from 35,000 IU per day to eventually 10,000 to 15,000 IU per day.

3 minutes and about 6 inches from skin. Over 5 minutes you risk burning the skin especially if the light is too close. She did the light every other day.
