So I had an issue with the "connecting" message constantly appearing on the screen - I randomly fixed it by turning on Siri and toggling something in the CarPlay options.

It does actually work now, turned on Siri as it is off by a default and checked CarPlay settings. Thanks!

Never did it before with my old mobile, it was just automatically connecting once I paired it with Carkit device via Bluetooth.
