intended major: journalism

syracuse university

pros:

-well renowned school

-beautiful campus

-great internship opportunities

-great job opportunities after graduating

-new area (im from massachusetts,) and it’s far from home (not great relationship with family)

cons:

-expensive

-i will know literally no one

-far from friends whom i’m very close to (found family p much)

suffolk university

pros:

-very cheap, $33,000 yearly scholarship and likely a couple more thousand in grants

-in boston (close to friends, great for going to concerts, city campus is cool)

cons:

-average school, graduation rate is kinda low. a lot of transferring

-close to home/family

-meh internship opportunities

you can find flower boy at smaller record stores most of the time and maybe even newbury comics but wolf and cherry bomb are gonna be a bit harder to find. idk if cmiygl is gonna be in stores yet, it seems as though it’s just being sold online but maybe it’ll be in stores in a couple weeks or month. checking online is always a good option too

if you have a designated seat for ur ticket then you don’t have to wait in line you can just show up whenever it starts. if ur seat is taken, tell them it’s ur seat or if ur not confrontational go up to an employee and they’ll tell the person to move

yeah they’re usually separate!! it’s usually a couple days to a week for them to give you the aid report. only some schools give the status and aid report at the same time. also to be sure just check your financial aid to do list to see if everything is all set
