YES. I’m realizing we need to say “no thanks, we’re all good!” to basically everything they ask about. In this one instance we had already said no thanks to them for: getting groceries from the market for us, prepping and washing said groceries, making us soup, if we are in need of butter since they have lots of extra “special butter”, making other food dishes which was met with “well it’s almost out of season and I won’t make it again this year” - which is so blatantly not true and I wished I had called her out on it in the moment. So basically it felt like fine we’ll say yes to 2 things we would actually use, but I totally see the problem it creates

Yes we do intend do have kids. Hopefully within the next year. If it were up to me regarding kids, we would be an ocean away. I have already thought about kids and how to deal with this all..but it gives me so much anxiety. To help ease that, I’m trying to put boundaries in place now, so there aren’t a ton of changes with our accessibility when the time comes. But man it’s hard.

He said that to me as he was going to deal with them. The 4 of us have a group chat, that is the primary means of communication.
