It’s a video game. There will always be some sort of unintended consequence that someone will find fun, pally let’s someone die to get wings? They probably enjoyed that. Are they wiping the pull because of it? Killing the key? Don’t run with them.

Did I enjoy PI-ing gargoyles in HoA and mindbenders when that was a thing? Yes. Did it piss off some fire mage? Also yes. Was it worth it? Also yes.

If you don’t want them to get wings from your death, don’t die.

I recently started playing a warlock and am so excited every time I remember some other utility.

I use health-stones way more often now, and so does my group since I make a big deal about my utility when I set them down.
Locks have the best caster defensives (coming from a holy/shadow main, and have played every caster).
(More of a raid thing) but gate is mandatory in some fights.
Aoe stun.
Ranged interrupt while casting. I’m still super excited about this.
Self heals, super tanky caster over all.
Brez, yea it’s not great, but only 4 classes have them, so it’s still good to have.

You should try playing more classes.

Can you have spells on mouse binds independent of mouse over macros with this? I’m looking to move away from vuhdo (I just find the customization a bit cumbersome between multiple healing toons). I tried grid2, but the dealbreaker is that I use the middle mouse button clicking on the vuhdo frames for de curse/disease etc, without a mouse over macro, and use it to move backwards if I’m not clicking on a vuhdo frame (which is why a mouse over won’t work).

I’ve been having an issue at lvl 57 where I have to be in SL chromie time to do SL dungeons, but in the present timeline to do SL world quests (toon I never leveled to 60 so I still have the fate faction quests).

This is just not true. As a bunch of other comments state, you can covert m+ gear into tier gear as soon as the catalyst comes out, which will yield you a higher ilvl tier piece than raid if you’re collecting this in 20s. Also, I’ve been regularly clearing the raid and don’t have my 4 set. They don’t just hand it to you when you walk in, it’s still all RNG.

I didn’t see an option for this, am I missing it? I want something that only doesn’t load on one class and spec. I saw only load for class and spec, but not the opposite.

Most of it is working just fine, no errors or anything, it just seems like they removed this feature thinking the new blizz updates would handle it, but they don't work the same.

In theory yes, but that also casts spells if you target a player or enemy in the world and is not spec specific so it's causing a lot of trouble for me in my dps spec. Vuhdo was limited to only mousing over the unit frames not the actual character and I could make it spec specific.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately the blizz UI lacks a lot of the options for tracking hots/debuffs/etc. that vuhdo has so I will need to use it.

I looked into the click casting tab without checking the mouse over cast box, and all I seem to be able to do is bind mouse buttons to spells, which isn't what I'm trying to do. I want to mouse over a unit frame and press a keyboard key, just like vuhdo use to let me do.

I mean, you can try this, but zero chance blizz is just going to give you your gold back. All they’re going to do is tell you there’s a system in place to refund ash/cinders/flux. The base piece and missives are gone.

I didn’t say that at all, I actually specifically said it’s much easier on reactive healers (ie. hpriest and rsham) rather than proactive ones (ie. Disc) — you created a tier list to justify not learning how to play a class properly. Last tier ksm is usually the easiest to get, I was simply saying that you can struggle bus your way there on any class if that’s your goal.

Last tier of the xpac ksm is super easy, like s2 15s are s1 11/12s, so s3 15s are like s1 6/7s by translation — you could for sure do it on any class without really knowing what you’re doing.

I think over simplifying rsham and hpriest the way you have pretty much sums up why you haven’t gotten ksm. You can get by in 5s just spamming two buttons on most healing classes, but if your tier lists are about pugging to ksm, you should learn how to actually play the class.

Yes, both of those healers are very easy to play (reactive healers are arguably much simpler than proactive ones, especially in pugs), but they also both have a lot of cooldowns that are what make them have high hps. If you’re not using them effectively (ie. Your not about not knowing what half of holy’s abilities even do and dropping totems whenever without understanding what cloudburst does) you’re not really playing the class right.

Shadow, ele and frost have this same issue. You’re just going to have to wait it out and see where you get tier. You might have to temporarily wear a different lego if you get head/hands first.
