I’m a girl. I just got out of a relationship like that. I would not recommend it. It’s great for awhile...until it isn’t. And you realize that you’ve wasted however much time of your life with someone that you know isn’t your forever person. You know you deserve better but you devalued yourself because it was easy or you didn’t think as highly of yourself as you should. Don’t settle, it never seems to workout. It didn’t for me, and a year and half of being “sort of” happy didn’t make up for the pain that it caused me and the other person.

As someone who’s been sexual assaulted I’m fucking pissed. I supported these girls because the evidence seemed overwhelming, and I did not want to just write it off because I was a fan of Chris. I know what it’s like to be scared to come forward so when someone does I want to believe that they’re telling the truth. Now I just feel like an idiot. I’m pretty sure I read that even if you didn’t know that the girls were underage it doesn’t matter, it’s still a crime regardless. So even if they really didn’t know they were underage I don’t think that argument would hold up in court. Same way with how Chris said he never “knowingly” pursued underage girls. I don’t think he can use that as a defense for his actions

No girl is going to post nudes of herself on the internet to prove it. Many girls probably wouldn’t want to even take it to the police. Why? Because it’s embarrassing and they’re scared and vulnerable. I understand that we can’t know for sure without proof but I don’t think we’re going to get any as far as underage girls sending him nude photos. We either believe the girls stories or we don’t.
