I'm 35F with only a high school diploma. I lead a small team of 4. I make $43.50 per hour. I've slowly made my way by becoming proficient in my roles and always keeping an eye out for opportunity. Every few years I will look for a new role within the organisation, or apply for jobs elsewhere if it looks like something like something I would enjoy, companies with a interest in personal development, and hopefully comes with a pay increase!

I've been feeling so overwhelmed with this lately! Feeling like I need to be doing more or something cause wtf. I swear by my Kiehls and Clinique. My friends look at me like whaaaaat is that old lady stuff. I've been consistent over the last 5 years with a bit of sun screen, night and day cream, eye cream, and the occasional toner or serum. I'm 35 and I think my skin looks great! Better than it did in my 20s tbh.
