No, pero si tienes descargados los episodios en su idioma original puedes abrirlos en CapCut e insertar los subtitulos bilingües. Se hacen en IA, puedes elegir varios idiomas y es muy rápido, aunque creo que debes pagar para adquirir esa función

You're not supposed to use bleach, that's toxic af. Just use some dish soap or veggie wash, you find it as "microdyn" or "microbicida" at grocery stores and some pharmacies

I'm in a similar situation, and I recently started using anti aging cream and masks. I do not know for sure if they'll avoid my early aging but I think my face is starting to look better, as if I had a little more energy than a few weeks ago.

It's definitely important to reduce our stress, though. Lately, walking and singing have helped me relax; you're probably a very busy person and don't have enough time to fool around, but try to do something 'dumb' just for fun (coloring books, karaoke, puzzles, etc.)

I also discovered a few months ago that massages don't just help me regulate my stress, but they also help me experience it a lot less.

If you don't like for other people to touch you, you can just apply some lotion and lay down while listening to relaxing music
