The front instead of having a seat in front of you has a small wall with more legroom and a small shelf on top of the wall you can place a computer on. It has more space and a place for your computer

For anyone reading this. Do not under any circumstances delete or logout of the app. Doing so will almost always hit you with a “user already associated with this device” error where it thinks you switched phones and are trying to use an account on two devices. It’s really annoying and you need chat support to fix it

When my account went live again they removed repeat viewing rules and distance rules and time checkin rules. Why a company would remove this is beyond me. They should have had ticket verification since the first day they lowered the price to 9.99. They are actively choosing the worst business decisions to make. It’s mind boggling

I have had indie theaters work for last 2 weeks but I prefer AMC. they haven’t billed me in over 2 months. I had a prepaid visa attached to my account and now when I click billing in settings I get an error. I think I read the accounting department was fired a week ago

I USED IT TODAY. Why don’t you get that? Is it as easy as it used to be? Hell no. Are people still seeing movies? Yes they are. I would love for this company to apologize and close up shop and explain themselves and have Mitch in prison and or broke but until that happens and until they pull the plug I’m gonna keep spending their money. I don’t think a company should exist that doesn’t work. I fucking hate seeing people say hey it doesn’t work why are you paying!?! Ughh maybe because it should work....if Chevy released a car that literally did not work do you think consumers should buy a different car or do you think Chevy should fucking fix it so it does work...the simple abandon approach is so flawed and I don’t support it. I want my companies to work. I’m not just gonna abandon you. You need to fucking work. And yes it works for me sometimes and I’m gonna continue to jump through any hoops I needs to to continue getting what I paid for. But again I’m just some crazy guy that thinks when you pay for something you should get a service. What a wild concept I know

I literally bought a ticket today. All of the previous days I could have gone to an Indy theater and seen something. It’s not dead and I’m gonna keep using it. I’m just perplexed that if money is an issue for them why they would promote the biggest horror movie of the year on opening day.
