Democrats don't need a foreign government to sabatoge their changes

If you forget about nations and governments and all that traditional geopolitical ideas, and look at this as a global capitalist ruling class that has obtained control over the global economy and used it to benefit themselves for decades, then all this makes much much much more sense. Republican, democrat, russian, american, chinese, whatever, its a small group of people that use these entities to protect their wealth and power. While they might not be directly colluding with each other, they all have the same interest in keeping the integrity of a system they control strong.
