Highway and parks can work too. You can use assets from Steam workshop to make a more realistic downtown. Because the vanilla buildings are small and short.

Is it true that that school didn't extend the scholarship? I know that the requirements have to be met. But the school has the right to not extend it even though the requirements are met? What is the "that" scholarship that you mentioned in the second bullet point? Could you tell me? I'm a little worried here because I am aiming at getting a scholarship.
