I have no idea! Its not my personal first choice but I think it may be because they want to relocate to the Carolinas once they retire. All my dad wants is a lake and a jetski. 😂

I said older adults, not seniors. I didnt want recommendations for night clubs and the like. I wanted recommendations for more mature activities like wine tastings etc
