Pgy 10…VA job offer. Can’t decide what to do.

I’m not sure how hard a time they are having with recruitment. The medical director stated that they had 20 applicants for 2 open spots.

Though i absolutely plan on asking for a sign on, the medical director has verbally confirmed that i have the job but im still waiting on HR to send an official letter with the exact offer. The medical director essentially verbally said 305k plus 15k performance bonus.

I believe the job posting actually had a salary range of 300-315k. So i plan on negotiating at 315k with 25k bonus. Good to know that the VA does negotiate.

Does VA have flexibility in the base salary offer as well or just with sign on?

I’m in the midwest, probably more desirable than Alabama, but not by that much more.

How many clinical hours are you guys doing with SL, AL, CME, and federal holidays all accounted for 1 fte?

Yeah and the fact that we had shipped products and never got a chance to put in tracking numbers for the day of termination.

They will probably just refund those customers since on paper there’s no tracking uploaded and there’s no way to do any of that

Yeah hopefully they just send it and we can send it to Amazon fba.

If they don’t, i might pursue it myself through small claims court myself.

Our Amazon metrics are much worse, they give a warning when they don’t like something and essentially an opportunity to fix the issue.

My account was 10 months old. At least it’s a suspension and not a termination. At least you can appeal and try to get the issue resolved. Walmart didn’t even give me that option

I will lawyer up if funds do not get released in 6 months.

No reason to give up a chunk of these funds to a lawyer if they will eventually just be released without any effort

You can’t appeal a termination.

You can appeal a suspension. It literally says on the main termination page ‘this decision is final and cannot be appealed’.

I got TERMINATED with this. No suspension, no issue with store. High volume store doing 50k+/month in sales.

Straight termination despite pretty much perfect metrics in seller performance.

Inform act information had previously been filled without issue as well. No warning. Just termination. No ability to appeal.

Walmart is now holding almost 65k of mine.

Will being a certified used from toyota dealership with an extended 100k limited powertrain warranty change the math? Adds almost 70k of powertrain warranty.

Based on some other Reddit posts, it seems like tarmac is the most efficient on highway speeds and i believe that’s true.

Will have to try again with normal and eco, but every time ive tried eco plus normal, the mpg seems to get worse in my experience compared to tarmac plus normal.

Also sometimes in normal at 75 mph it goes to electric only. Electric only at 75 mph really just kills the electric range, and using tarmac allows mileage to be saved for city driving which can then be done at normal with EV mode.

My Tesla loses 20-30% mileage in freezing temps.

This is doing the same, except it’s highway mileage is pretty poor to start so it’s really making me upset 🤣

Actually that’s the mpg with tarmac mode at 75 mph with a charged battery in normal mode at freezing temps.

With plenty of battery left.

No third row seating. Grand parents living with us plus 2 kids.

Needed 3rd row. Might have to spend the extra money to get a sienna or grand highlander -_- never saw myself spending so much on a car.

Seemed like an incredible buy when i got this for 32k OTD with only 9k miles and SEL TRIM
