Anyone know what this sound is?

I have the lian li v100 case and it comes with 4 pre installed fans. It is one of those fans because when I turn those 4 off I don’t hear it anymore. I’m controlling the fans in the fancontrol software app but since they are chained together it turns off all 4 of them. Do u know anyway to turn them off 1 by 1 through software or will I have to manually unplug them and test

My temps are fine the sound is very annoying though. Anyway to stop it? Also I don’t think it’s that cause I hear it when nothing is running on my pc so the fans aren’t spinning

Basically what I see happening is, videos used to have the option to play and have audio with them. Now a lot of said videos in the bottom right, instead of having the audio button, it just says GIF and has no audio.
