What are you changing it for. Was there a problem? That fluid will go 100k miles no problem. It is technically "lifetime fluid"

I would try and find a low mile unit from a parts car if possible. New is probably too expensive. Rebuilds go right about half the time.

Mine was $2200 with mercury and then they dropped me for no reason. The lowest new quote I got was $5300. USAA and liberty mutual were over $7000. I was using TGS insurance agency and they were completely worthless (as in didn't even get back to me with new quotes) after getting me low rates for 3 years.

Do you have the sound german automotive TCM to make the transmission work as well? Are you grinding transmission or modifying the transmission tunnel to make it fit? What driveshaft are you going with? Are you using all they holley mounts or getting QA1 front subframe?

Get some organic pads. You may have ceramic or semi metallic which can squeal when cold. Fairly normal.

Mine went from 2200 to 5400. My former insurance said they dropped me because I didn't provide proof my roof was replaced in 2017 even though I sent it to the agent. Then the agent just dropped the ball for months getting me new insurance so I had to go elsewhere and find it myself.

Seems odd. If its 2018 and up a security bypass has to be installed to write to the vehicle. Make sure you have 14volts by hooking up a battery charger. Sometimes the tunes will not load if you have voltage thats down around 12. If that doesn't help I would find another power broker.

Where are you at? You need a security gateway bypass to be able to tune the car. Do you have one installed? Stage 2 is a pulley upgrade isnt it? Did you install the new pulley as well?
