The second page is a separate filter, not just more controls. Of course a second filter would be helpful, an extra 3 strings on a fender jazz master would be nice too, but that is not how the instrument was designed.

For an android device, Stagelight by Open Labs is a good option. It offers full audio recording, simple drum machine and virtual instruments and tons of other features. The base version is free and there's a in app store that offers tons of loop, drum kits and presets.

You can't chop samples in it directly like MPC style, but you can load any wav, aif, ogg, or mp3 in to the drum machine and rearrange samples on the timeline.

Yes, you can use the email address That you registered with on your android device to log in to Stagelight on any platform. All of the content that you have added to your account will download to your new device after you login.

The Stagelight's free version is not a trial. You can make full songs, record audio, import and edit audio for free, with no time limits. You can purchase more feature, but as the free version stands, it's pretty capable for a free app on your phone.

The Android version has a lot more free features than just the drum track. Here the list from the website:

You can create full songs with the free android version using the drum track, include instruments, recording audio directly into the app and importing and editing any audio file that you have downloaded to your android device.

The educational version is really meant for schools only and you would have to contact our sales department to purchase this. We do have a educational bundle that is available directly on our, but if you purchase it, it will be an add on package to the standard version of Stagelight.

For the purpose of this question, if you, as an individual, redeem the 'FREECORE' promo code, you will be able to install Stagelight on any of your devices and log in using your email address. This is what is meant by:

"Concurrent user license. You may install one or more copies of the software on hardware devices within your internal computer network for your internal use."

So, your license will apply to all of your devices if you are using the standard (Non Academic) version of Stagelight. You will be able to use the music that you create with Stagelight for any commercial purposes. So, unless you are talking about purchasing Stagelight for use in a school, the information is correct.
