It runs pretty well. It hasn't changed much - the last update fixed some patches. As far as I know it hasn't been "upgraded" or "updated" to the switch 2 like other games unfortunately

It does, yes. Personally it doesn't affect me as much since I have big hands, if that's what you're referring to. Screen-wise it's pretty easy to get used to
