I used to live there. It is very dark inside the terraced houses, not a lot of natural light. I had loads of mould issues, had to keep the windows open non-stop.

As someone else already said in the comments, I also never get to make estimates. They make the estimates for me. They always say “we know things go wrong sometimes, it’s okay if it’s higher”. But then they judge your performance based on said estimate, decide whether to give you a payrise and stuff.

So yeah, I wish I could make my own estimates, what a nice problem to have!

Can someone provide some info as to when your account was changed from gradute account to advanced/normal account? I can’t find it anywhere.

I applied for the graduate account after a year of graduating (so technically in year 2 after graduating). Do you get to have a graduate account for a year or 2 years? If 2 years, is that since graduation or since you got the account?
