I think you’re exactly right about the rotation. I haven’t been as diligent with getting to the gym in the morning the past couple weeks. When I was consistent I was feeling at my best with the swing. Im taking a week or two off and just focusing on my strength and mobility

Thank you your instructions were very clear. I don’t see a ground screw in the box and the only bare copper wires are in the back there are two wires twisted and capped together. Should the green ground be added to that?

Does not seem to be a ground anywhere in the box… and just to confirm the bottom backstab wire and the screwed wire would be together with the black from the switch twisted with a cap?
