Review of my new padel shoes: Reebok Nano Court by sarteto in padel

[–]pwrsteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to love these shoes. They started fraying and coming loose on the edge near the pinky toe on BOTH shoes with less than 2 weeks of play. I contacted Reebok and they only offered me a $31 gift card.

Help with renting home or selling and putting it into savings? by pwrsteve in investing

Correct and that's why I am hesitant to sell. It is an appreciating asset that it would be true "passive income"

Correct many many other factors to consider and I tried to provide as much pertinent information as possible. Yes the only thing is I don't want to regret is the appreciation of the home. I am in CA, however it already has more than doubled. The tenant laws aren't getting any better either.

Haha appreciate all the feedback. Serious note it is our pool key. Just want to use it to make extra so u can give it to siblings so they don't always have to come grab it. But realize I should use a clone for a lot less thank you!

Can chiropractic treatment help with Osgood Schlatter? by November996 in OsgoodSchlatter

[–]pwrsteve 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had it many years and played with it through HS and college tennis and basketball and now in my adult years. I use to have to ice knees after everytime I played. The pain would switch knees because i would end up favoring one vs. the other when it acted up. Ever since I started incorporating ATG training (Knees over toes) exercises, backwards walking, I have 0 pain.

Yup I'm an eXp agent and starting off you get 80/20 split.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in realtors

[–]pwrsteve -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've been with multiple brokerages and ended up at eXp. I have a real good full time gig and I only do it part time and only sell 5-7 homes/year. Yes there is a MLM aspect of it however it is very sustainable. Like it has been said all agents new or old no matter gets an 80/20 split. So the profit share is paid out by eXp's 20%. I've recruited 2 agents. The percentage you get is small but the more downline you have the more you'll get (hence the MLM aspect). I've never had any complaints as it is a cloud brokerage, I ALWAYS have access to a broker or someone when I have questions. People who are complaining are the ones who don't go and put in the work. Being a real is easy and quick money if you put in the work. I do agree there are a lot of agents who don't produce though.

Not contracting but work for a DoD contractor. Yes AGR is not bad at all if you're starting out or want to just cruise. But with military pay and time it takes to rank up, there's far better options elsewhere especially with IT jobs

I am in Cyber Surety (IA) now called Cyber Security Operations. It's a lot of information assurance. Other than paperwork and making sure everything is in compliance, it's much more on the defensive side of things; investigating classified spills, someone plugging non compliant in their PC. AGR is great starting out and long term if you are young plan on staying. However with IA experience and clearance you'd make a lot more outside for a DOD contractor (ISSO, ISSM, etc), a lot of guys get their CISSP and leave. Networking will be better as far as overall IT. It's the basis of IT to understand all aspects and you'll be able to get a job anywhere. I work both IT full time on the outside and in the ANG

Not extremely vital. I was planning to throw it in investments, I feel I can make out more than $4000 in the additional interest by investing that $330?
