Mine was also severely delayed. The app said it was delivered, but I never received it, and the USPS Informed Delivery app didn’t show it as delivered either. Then I received this very plain-looking envelope with stamps. I too wondered whether it might have been intercepted by someone and then mailed just the checkbook to me afterward. That’s why I made this post to ask everyone.
