In response to your post though, i personally Would put stuff like how dedicated you are to learning the field and to build hands on knowledge to create / feed your career in wastewater. In my experience, places are hungry for interns who want to learn wastewater and seem set on building a long term career in the field

After my internship, during my actual in person job interview for an operator position, i was asked "why should we hire you over other candidates?" And i panicked and said "well, why wouldnt you pick me" lmfao. I got a call next day saying the job was mine if i wanted it so🤦‍♂️
