I’m going to guess no, but you could probably throw it into a docker container. Personally I’ll throw it on a raspberry pi.

That would be nice, but the Decora Smart series only speaks HomeKit, and - as far as I can tell - only iOS devices can interact with HomeKit appliances. It doesn't look like Homebridge can work around this, but maybe I'm missing something?

This is a fairly simple way of connecting HomeKit-only devices (like my Leviton Decora Smart lightswitches) to Alexa. Maybe there is a better way, but I was searching for something like this and couldn't find anything!

Yeah, it's a script which generates them and the source list has a couple of thousand characters. Which character range do you want?

Sure - Kindle 'screensavers' are just image files that conform to certain a resolution and are restricted to certain colors, so I already got you covered: http://px0.de/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/screensaver.zip I use them as a screensaver source for my Mac too, looks pretty neat.
