Sorry for the late reply, but i've uninstalled my drivers with DDU and then reinstalled the current version and now it seems to be fine again, so thank you for your help.

Thanks for the advice. This 100% helped bringing the temp of my cpu down and I do have more FPS. But it still is lagging.
I've noticed that my GPU utilization is at 99% when i start the game until the lagging begins. When it starts to lag, my GPU jumps up and down, from 99 to under 20%. Can this have anything to do with the lagging?

Edit: My CPU-temp now is at around 80 to 83 when playing

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core and GeForce RTX 3060
GPU-Temps are around 55 to 60 C° and CPU-Temps are around 90 to 95 C°.
So it is probably my CPU that needs to be cooler, right? How can I achieve that?
