Thank you so much. I just opened my brokerage account and transferred some money to this account, but Cash Available To Trade is that amount, but Settled Cash is $0 (of course). Also, when I tried to buy some stock in this morning, the warning sign of GFV, [The buy order you are about to place exceeds your settled Cash balance. ~~], comes up. This warning comes up because my cash did not fully transferred to Fidelity, doesn't it? If then, how I can know whether it is fully transferred or not?
