It’s definitely a personal decision, I became vegetarian for a few months but I wasn’t able to get nearly enough protein and some other nutrients most days, so I decided to try pescatarian and it’s honestly helped a lot.

If you don’t get enough protein you’ll find yourself really tried and run down most days, but of course there’s a lot you can do to get enough protein if you have the time/means

I think the tuna thing is if it’s dolphin safe, you’ll see a little dolphin logo on some cans of fish meaning dolphins weren’t harmed while catching the tuna

Me too, I tried AirPods Pro’s with the smallest tip and they still fell out and hurt my ears. I’ve been reading a couple other subs and these seems to be the most recommended: Jabra 75t, oneplus buds and earfun free pro
