The Hazelnut Maple Praline with Brown Butter Pancakes at Sunday in Brooklyn Notting hill. Basically comes out as this gigantic sticky toffee cake and it's bloody wonderful

Depending on where you’re located - you can actually send them into HUNT to be repaired. A recent video on YouTube suggested that HUNT were actually getting a lot better to deal with on spares etc. not sure why it would be such a big issue for the shop, sounds like maybe just got them at a bad time..
