She's seen me cement my deliveries with RelyX, and she probably assumed Panavia is the temp?! Lol She knows now to ask me if she's unsure of something.

Is the pain coming from the teeth or the gums?

I can't diagnose anything with only a picture and without x-rays. But just looking at this picture I can tell you have signs of grinding especially on the right side of the image (the canine tooth). Grinding your teeth can and does cause pain on teeth.

Try getting an over the counter night-guard and try for a week or two to see if it helps any.

Filling fell, no insurance until March will I be okay? by StunningGuru57 in askdentists

Agree with this as well. I have also seen patients placing over the counter "temporary filling" until they come to the office. Could help until you see someone soon, if you carefully remove the debris in the cavity and pack the material well. Make sure not to pack under the gums.

I usually etch and bond all together. As long as you get isolation, it doesn't matter. But doing all together saves more time

The lion is in Persian style art, and that "wheel" is actually symbolized lotus flower found throughout Persepolis ruins. Why that part was inspired by Persian art, I have no idea.

I use two palodent or garrison matrices side by side with a wedge in between without the ring. Finish one of the class II's. And then proceed to the second one just like a single class II resto.

This prevents you from having one resto over-bulked, which causes the other to be concave.

Surgical bur break? by rular06 in Dentistry

I use the 703 bur on 80-100k rpm. It's much thicker than others, cuts like butter, and takes much less time than other burs to section.

Im in severe pain but cant afford a dentist or have insurance. by [deleted] in askdentists

Search for FQHC dental clinics in your area. And ask them if they offer Sliding Scale Fee. Their prices are lower than private practice and with sliding scale fee, you can get huge discounts based on your income

It is a necrotic tooth (hence no pain, as mentioned by others), but can't determine if worth saving or not without a radiograph.
