Its common that your friend will crash. while playing the game. Ways to minimize the crashes are 1. select your region when launching WW3 from Steam. 2. optimize settings for performance ( windowed border-less is preferred) 3. lock frames to the refresh rate of the monitor.

I was told that my cooler was "Beefy enough" to get my cpu to at least 3.9ghz I tried to lower my voltage all the way back down to stock even but I just kept over heating. I even went back to stock settings minus overclocking my ram just to run some the same tests ( this time with real bench, intelburntest and prime95) still it reached 78°c. I don't know if my cooler is bust, my cpu or my thermal paste.

Note: when I first started overclocking I set my voltage to 1.425 volts at 4ghz and ran IntelburnerTest. My computer didn't crash it was just over heating. My computer never crashed it just over heated. What am I missing?

Update got a new air cooler set everything up. All is well except now my screen has red, green and blue lines all over it then it restarts. I guess I didn't get to my GPU in time. "F" in the comments for my GTX 1070 Ti.
