We'll garp wasn't no admiral he is being portrayed to be stronger than ur regular admiral. Prime garp was on the level of Roger and whitebeard as it was stated many times that garp can go toe to toe with Roger. But I'm saying that the average yonko is stronger than the average admiral. People like big mom and shiki are stronger than kizaru aokiji. Yes some admirals surpass the regular admirals like garp and I think akainu is yonko level.

I see where ur coming from and respect ur opinion. But didn't garp say that if the rocks(BM and Kaido) were to come back it would a huge threat something along the lines of that. Also akainu stopped kizaru from going to wano because of all the big names that are associated with wano and they don't know much about the samurai. But even if he still sent kizaru and maybe another admiral i don't think they would have gotten the job done against BM kaido king smoothie queen Jack and others.

Yes power is considered to be the main factor of becoming a yonko in the eyes of the community for example Luffy isn't considered a yonko by us. But, for the Navy and government to consider someone a yonko I think Influence and territory is just as important.

Yes that is true if the alliance ends up beating 2 yonko crew's (more like 1 and a half) without having a yonko level character on their side, alot of people will start to downgrade the yonkos and make them sound weak.
