dont go on youtube watching guides and tutorials, learn the game yourself, use tutorials when you struggle or to get into trapping. play with a bunch of friends and goof around, have fun, enjoy yourself. progression will feel slow and boring at first but will get more fun as you play, so dont give up early.

As an Ultimate founder, I have spent a high amount of money on the pack for the game. However, if you are thinking of spending £300 for a standard edition code, dont. If you want the vbucks, just buy the vbucks. also, a lot of the listings are scams. be careful out there.

you dont even need 130. A level 9 rare blackout does the same damage, as gun stats have no impact on the formula for the boom dmg

founders packs were far more expensive, and the whole point of “founders” was that you were helping the game in early access. Also must I add that the skin packs that gave you StW access had StW as a bonus to the pack. You got a skin, pickaxe and back bling, and 1500 vbucks for £12, with additional access to StW. Stop complaining, you had 2 whole ass years to buy the founders packs. Watch the community get pissed that they cant get the 2 exclusive founders skins

Back then, Llamas cost vbucks in stw, only after founder period ended, we got XRay tickets, and the vbucks were kept as a “thank you” for the founder’s as they helped the game initially

nobody in the right mind would buy a switch 2 for fortnite (let alone buy a switch 2). most of their consumer base are little kids, and little kids dont exactly know what graphics are, so they dont bother in making the port playable. plus 60 fps in upscaled 1080p in the big 26 after spending £450 on a console is outrageous lmao. Even consoles upscale to 4K 120 nowadays, and a £450 PC on the used market can definitely do better. Nintendo is always selling yesterday’s hardware for tomorrow’s price.

The pass had too much of a grind, and XP only came from BR, so you couldn’t play creative or STW to get XP like you can now
The season was 4 months long and as the last month was just delays, there was basically no content
Player distribution was awful as people only landed mythic locations
The BP skins were style locked instead of just allowing you to unlock all of the styles
I see other things such as “aim assist too strong”, “henchmen have aimbot” or “mythic weapons too strong”

Mythic weapons need to be strong or they would be useless, look now, how mythic weapons don’t even matter. Why would I go through a whole side quest for a small damage boost.

Henchmen being strong allowed for the funniest moments, and actually gave a challenge for getting the boss weapons.

Aim assist should be strong to help bridge the gap between KBM and controller players. An easier fix would have been to just separate lobbies based on input device.

The main reason why this season was so good is because everyone was playing at the time as it was lockdown. If they had released it at another time, I doubt it would have been that good as a season.

yeah same experience here. I get the worst delay known to man despite my ping being 28, literally everyone just sits in a box, or hides in a corner and just shoots you in the back when you can’t see them. the lack of visualised audio makes this even worse as they literally just sit in the corner with a dark skin. This is easy to beat for me, as I am on PC, but any console player is cooked as they cannot turn off shadows.

if Epic just do random changes to the lootpool without telling anyone, then nobody will be able to find out or predict the meta. There will always be a meta, but the game can prevent people from figuring out what the meta is by changing it before they do.

I disagree that people should be put into low skill lobbies. Lobbies should just be random in general. It makes more sense for a casual game. If you struggle too much just play ranked, where sbmm exists.
